Nic is a Senior Associate in the Financial Services Disputes and Contentious Regulatory team at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP. He is also Co-Chair of the firm’s London Multiculturalism Committee, having co-founded the predecessor to the BAME Committee whilst he was a trainee. Nic has co-led on two recent NOTICED initiatives, the Best Practices Report and the Toolkit on having effective conversations about race in the workplace.
