Ramesh is an associate in the Global Markets team at Ashurst. He is a lead member of the All at Ashurst multiculturalism network and founding member of the Race and Ethnicity Equality Group that specifically focusses on the promotion and retention of ethnically diverse talent.

Ramesh has experience in the development of internal and external reverse mentoring programmes, mentors through various schemes and is a trained Mental Health First Aider. He recently completed the Pathway to Success political and civil leadership programme organised by Operation Black Vote in collaboration with Oxford University’s Magdalen College and Blavatnik School of Government and the House of Commons.
